Clinical Laboratory provides services for all eligible beneficiaries. Laboratory services are provided on a walk-in basis. The laboratory collects and tests patient specimens upon authorized request from your primary care manager.
For requests from off-base providers, we require a signed requisition form from your primary care manager, which can be faxed to us or hand carried to the laboratory. Test results are returned directly to the ordering primary care manager. Your primary care manager will contact you regarding interpretation and follow-up of your results. The laboratory does not give results to patients directly, nor do we offer interpretation of lab results.
