TRICARE Operations and Patient Administration (TOPA)

Our Benefits Counselling Assistance Coordinator, or BCAC, educates and fields beneficiary questions in regard to the TRICARE benefit. We also manage all paper and electronic records of those enrolled to our facility. We ensure records are complete and coordinate record retirement. The Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer serves as the main point of contact between patient, chain of command, Veterans Affairs, and medical staff throughout the Medical Evaluation Board process. We also assist patients with their travel benefit, record requests, in processing, out processing, and HIPAA inquiries.
