Immunizations
Immunizations provides all inoculations to active duty personnel, retirees and dependents.
- Flu shots are administered seasonally to all patients.
- Allergy services, including testing and shots, are available through a primary care manager referral.
Influenza Vaccine
Flu Vaccines are available for all beneficiaries ages six months and up, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:30-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m.

Active Duty Service Members
Active duty flu vaccines are available on a walk-in basis on Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:30-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m.
If you get a flu vaccine from anywhere besides FE Warren AFB Clinic, please bring in a copy of your shot record to the F.E Warren Immunizations Clinic to have your record updated in our system. You'll need the following information:
- The date the vaccine was given
- The vaccine name or code
- Manufacturer
- Lot number
COVID-19 Vaccine
- Moderna Vaccines for all beneficiaries over the age of 18 are available, for all doses (1st, 2nd and Booster), on Monday and Thursday, 7:30-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m.
- Pfizer Vaccines are available for ages 5-11 and 12 and up for all doses (1st, 2nd and Booster), on Friday, 7:30-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m.
No appointments are necessary for these vaccines, walk-in during the above times.
